Why would you use this tool when you know that DataFlex Studio can be used for this task?
If your current data is still stored in a DataFlex embedded database and you or a third party wish to query the data, you must write dedicated software, run a query/reporting tool, or use an ODBC driver such as FlexODBC. With DataFlex Data Pump, you can schedule data conversion at fixed times (e.g. every night) and have near-real-time data available for querying the next day. That’s brilliant!!
