Berendsen are now part of the French company Elis and renamed accordingly.
SOL – Elis (Berendsen) have developed a production and logistics system that supports their entire supply chain process. The system is called ServiceOnLine (SOL) and is used by more than 600 users in approximately 10 countries all around Europe.
They have chosen to develop their own system, which is cheaper than buying a standard system that, anyhow, has to be adapted to suite the company. They have now chosen to use SOL as their corporate system. It is a less expensive and far more flexible system than large rigid ERP systems. SOL has been developed in DataFlex.
